This year, UkyBoBs – The Ukulele Band of Bury are once again using our music to help support a fantastic local cause – Bury Hospice.
Our fundraising target for 2026 is £3,000, and thanks to the incredible generosity of everyone who has supported us at our gigs and events, we’re delighted to announce that we have already raised:

That means we’re already 78% of the way to our target!
A huge thank you to everyone who has donated, dropped money into one of our collection buckets, come along to our performances or supported us throughout the year.
We’d also like to thank all our UkyBoBs members who give their time to perform at events across Bury and beyond. There may occasionally be a dodgy chord, a questionable count-in or somebody starting the wrong verse… but it’s all for a great cause! 😄
Can We Reach £3,000?
We certainly hope so!
There are still more UkyBoBs performances to come, which means more opportunities to get those collection buckets out and hopefully push that total all the way past £3,000.
